PROGRAM COORDINATORS
Program coordinators/managers are the leaders of their coalitions and are the key individuals who oversee grant deliverables and ensure funds are spent wisely. Much of the success of the program at the community level is placed in the hands of this person. Therefore, it is essential they have a full grasp of prevention, have the right skill-set and a strong ability to lead.
